Please note that VAT is not added on conference payments in Denmark, and therefore is not deductible.

 

The following items are included in the participant fee
Attendance at all Eurosteel 2017 sessions, congress bag with final programme, electronic publication and usb stick incl. conference material, lunches, coffee/tea in breaks during conference days, reception at the City Hall of Copenhagen, the Steel Design Award ceremony and Farewell drinks (please reserve this when you register).

The following items are included in the accompanying person fee
Attendance at the reception at the City Hall of Copenhagen, the Steel Design Award ceremony and the Farewell drinks.

Delegates and accompanying persons may for sign up for arranged tours during conference days.

Steel Design Award and/or Gala dinner attendee only
Are you not interested in participating in the scientific part of the conference? Then you are welcome to sign up for the Steel Design Award (DKK 750). When you are attending the Steel Design Award, you are also welcome to purchase the Gala dinner (DKK 750) as well. The Award will take place at Scandic Copenhagen.

Please note that it is a prerequisite for papers to be published in the proceedings and distributed on the USB stick that at least one author is registered at the conference for presentation, orally or at the poster session depending on the presentation type. To allow for preparation of the distribution media, the presenting author must be registered and the fee paid by 2 June 2017. 

Final Registration
Participants must register at the registration desk upon arrival at the Conference (Scandic Copenhagen Hotel). Please remember to bring your confirmation of registration.

On-site Registration
Registration made later than 8 September 2017 will be considered as on-site registration and consequently minor delays at the registration desk, in connection with issuing of documentation and settlement of accounts, must be anticipated.

Payment
Payment must be made in Danish Kroner (DKK) to the order of Eurosteel, c/o DIS Congress Service and remitted as follows:

• by bank transfer to account No.4180- 4180 782 885 (Eurosteel) – IBAN No. DK5630004180782885, Swift code: DABADKKK in Danske Bank, Holmens Kanal 2, DK-1090 Copenhagen K, Denmark.

• by charging your Credit Card

• by electronic invoice  (only for Danish delegates). På grund af den lange ekspeditionstid for EAN-fakturaer, er denne betalingsmåde ikke mulig senere end 30 dage før konferencens start. EAN-gebyret er på DKK 39.

IMPORTANT: Please remember to state Eurosteel and the participant’s name on all money transfers made to the Conference Secretariat.

If you have made a late payment, please bring copy of payment to the conference.

 

Terms and conditions

Confirmation
An official confirmation of registration will be e-mailed to the participant upon receipt of registration fees. Please remember to bring your proof of payment for presentation upon request.

It is your personal responsibility that all details such as address, booked events, number of tickets, hotel reservation, date of arrival and departure, etc. are in accordance to your wishes. We therefore strongly recommend that you read and check the confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors. In the event of any errors in the confirmed, please contact DIS Congress Service in writing.

Cancellation of participation (a written request is mandatory)

Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the conference will have their paid fees reimbursed less a processing fee of DKK 400 (accompanying person DKK 100) provided written notice of non-attendance is received by the Conference Secretariat before 11 August 2017. All refunds will be processed after the conference. If cancellation is made after this date no refund of the fee can be expected.

The presenter of the paper cannot cancel their registration and therefore no reimbursement will be pro-cessed.
